2026 Peter Wilson Memorial Championships

Date:   Saturday 31st January and Sunday 1st February 2026

Venue:   Tomaree Sports Complex, Nelson Bay

1. Event Overview

Please be aware of some key information in relation to this event.

• This event will be exclusively for Boys and Girls U10 to U18 junior representative teams.
• All games will be played under 25 minutes touchdown turnaround format.
• Each club must supply 1 referee per team (plus 1 additional referee) they nominate for the event. All referee requirements are outlined in the event Conditions of Entry.
• Other information will be outlined in the event Conditions of Entry.

5. Online Registrations

• PLAYERS: Player registrations will be collected via mysideline. Affiliates will be sent the registration links for each team.
• PLAYERS POOL: (nominations open soon)
  – Players wishing to nominate for being placed into the player pool must request via the following form. Pool Player Nomination Form.
  – Affiliates requiring players from the player pool must email to admin@hornetstouch.com.au
• COACHING STAFF: Coaching staff registrations will be collected via mysideline. Affiliates will be sent the registration links for each team.
• REFEREES: Referee registrations will be collected by completing the following form to be by each referee (Referee Registrations Form). For further information please contact your affiliate coordinator.
